The hotel offers stunning caldera views.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was quite frustrating. There was no offer to send a car to pick us up from the port, leaving us stranded with limited taxi options. It would have been very helpful to have someone meet us near the cafe, as finding the hotel was confusing and intimidating with aggressive porters trying to take our luggage.
